Refund and Returns Policy

At Toronto Lawn Signs, we take great pride in the quality of our custom signage. Because our products are custom-made to your specific requirements, we have established the following policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Custom Printed Products

Since each sign is custom-printed with your unique design, text, or logo, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for “change of mind” or customer errors, including:

  • Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer.
  • Low-resolution or blurry images uploaded by the customer.
  • Incorrect size selection or quantity ordered.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit or contains a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. Please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at admin@torontolawnsigns.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or error.
  • If the error is on our part, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund at our discretion.

3. Shipping and Delivery

While we offer free shipping on orders over $50, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery details in Toronto or the GTA are accurate.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders move into production quickly. If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us within 2 hours of placement. Once the printing process has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
