2. Custom Design Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and quality of the designs you upload or request. We do not proofread customer-provided artwork for spelling or design errors. You warrant that you own the rights to any logos or images provided to us for printing.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are in CAD (Canadian Dollars). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payments must be received in full before production begins on any custom sign order.

4. Shipping and Delivery (Toronto & GTA)

While we offer Free Shipping on orders over $50, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Toronto Lawn Signs is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from delivery delays caused by third-party carriers.

5. Limitation of Liability

Toronto Lawn Signs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website.
